At Saphir Médaille d'Or, we stand by the quality of our premium leather care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via the portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original Saphir Médaille d'Or box, ensuring all protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
